Is the price I am quoted the price I pay?
Yes. Your price is fixed and confirmed when you book — that is the price you pay. We do not use surge pricing, and there are no hidden fees added afterwards.
What is a minimum trip charge?
It is the lowest fare for a trip in that vehicle, whatever the distance. Short rides — across downtown, for example — are billed at the vehicle's minimum (from $125, depending on the vehicle) rather than by distance. Your booking always shows the exact fixed price before you confirm.
Why is there a 3-hour minimum for hourly service?
Hourly service reserves the vehicle and chauffeur exclusively for you, so it is booked in blocks starting at 3 hours. For a single trip from A to B, point-to-point fixed pricing is usually the better value — the booking page shows you both.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, plus meet & greet inside the terminal. We track your flight and adjust the pickup to your actual arrival.
