How the day flows
Weddings are a chain of small, timed movements. This is the pattern most Montreal weddings follow — yours can run in any order, and your chauffeur works to your schedule, not ours.
Getting ready
Your chauffeur arrives early at the home or hotel, ready when you are — no waiting on a curb in a wedding dress, no watching the clock.
The ceremony
The couple rides in the Escalade; the wedding party and family follow in a second SUV or the Sprinter, so everyone arrives together and on time.
Photos
Old Montreal, the Old Port, Mount Royal — your chauffeur waits at each stop while the photographer works, then moves you to the next location.
The reception
A calm arrival at the venue, at the moment you planned. The vehicles stay on standby if your package keeps them for the evening.
Guest shuttles
The Sprinter runs guests between venues — ceremony to reception, hotel to hall — so nobody in a gown or a suit is figuring out parking.
End of the night
Scheduled runs home for guests and a final ride for the couple. The day ends the way it started: someone else is driving.

Every wedding is different, so we do not sell fixed wedding packages — we build the day from your actual plan. Send us your date, your venues, roughly how many people are moving, and the moments that matter (a first look, a photo stop, a late-night guest run), and we will reply with the vehicles and a fixed, itemized quote.
Beyond the wedding day
The same vehicles cover the whole wedding weekend: rehearsal dinners, airport pickups for out-of-town guests (with meet & greet and 60 minutes of free waiting at YUL — see our airport page), and next-day brunch runs. Many couples also book the Escalade for engagements and anniversaries through our hourly chauffeur service.

Wedding Limo Montreal FAQ
How far ahead should we book our wedding limo?
As early as you can once your date and venues are set. Spring and summer Saturdays are the most requested wedding dates in Montreal, and the Escalade and Sprinter are usually the first vehicles reserved. That said, call us at any point — we will tell you honestly what is available for your date.
Can you provide more than one vehicle?
Yes. Most weddings book two or three: an Escalade for the couple, a second SUV for parents or the wedding party, and the Sprinter to move guests between the ceremony, photos, and reception. We coordinate the vehicles as one plan.
Can we include photo stops?
Yes — build them into the plan. Couples often stop in Old Montreal, at the Old Port, or on Mount Royal between the ceremony and the reception. Because wedding service is booked by the hour, your chauffeur stays with you from stop to stop.
Can we decorate the vehicle?
Ask us when you book. Tell us what you have in mind — ribbons, a sign, flowers — and we will confirm what works for the vehicle you choose, so there are no surprises on the day.
How is wedding limo service priced?
On the same hourly basis as all our chauffeur service: the Escalade at $150/h, the Suburban and Denali at $125/h, the QX60 and Tesla at $100/h, and the Sprinter at $299/h, with a 3-hour minimum. Your confirmed quote is fixed before you book — no hidden fees. Full details are on our pricing page.
Do you drive guests home at the end of the night?
Yes, that is one of the most appreciated parts of the Sprinter: scheduled guest runs at the end of the reception so nobody has to think about driving. Tell us roughly how many guests and where they are headed, and we will plan the runs with you.
